Delivery rates within the Netherlands
- The delivery rate for the Netherlands is 5,50 euro, except for COD (only in the Netherlands). For COD you pay 15,50 euro.
Delivery time in the Netherlands
- When the ordered products are on stock, delivery will take place within 2 working days.
- Exceptions:
- Payment with an automatische incasso (only possible if you have a Dutch banc account number): delivery within 5 working days.
- If you pay upfront: delivery within 2 working days, after we received the payment.
- For a fast delivery, you pay with credit card, iDEAL, paypall or COD (only possible with a Dutch address).
- When the delivery time is going to be longer than 2 days, because for example the products are not in stock, we will inform you within 2 working days.

- The delivery rates for countries outside the Netherlands are mentioned here. If your country is not mentioned, please contact us.
- Zone 1
- Delivery to Germany and Belgium is only 7,50 euro. So it does not matter if you order 10 or 100 ducks you always pay 7,50 euro.

- Till 5 kilos is 20 euros.

United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Argentina, Aruba, Ecuador, Indonesia, Japan, Maldives, Morocco, New Zealand, Qatar, Singapore.
- Till 5 kilos is 30 euros.
- From 5 till 10 kilos is 40 euros.
- From 10 till 50 kilos is 65 euros.
- Delivery time (after receiving the payment) United States, Australia, Brazil, New Zeeland, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan 4 tot 7 working days
- Delivery time (after receiving the payment) China, South Africa, Argentina, Aruba, Ecuador, Indonesia, Maldives, Morocco, Qatar, Singapore 7 til 16 working days.
Payment methods for customers with a Dutch banc account number.
- Payment with iDEAL. For more information please contact your banc.
- With credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
- Payment upfront. You can transfer the money in to account number 37.35.47.803 Rabobank IJmuiden. Please mention your order number.
- Authorization, we will debit your account.

- Payment upfront.
You can transfer the money in to our banc account number. For an international banc transfer you need the following information:

The invoice
- We will only send an invoice with your order, on request.
Prizes
- Prizes mentioned on badeendjes.com are including VAT. If you are a company with a VAT number, please let us
know so we can make an invoice without the 19 % VAT.
- All prizes are in Euros.
- The minimum order amount is 10 euro.
- For almost each product, not only the price for one piece is mentioned but also the price for larger quantities.
Some of the products do not have prices for larger quantities. For these products or if they do not mention the price for the quantity you
require you can contact us for an offer without engagement.
Guarantee
- Badeendjes.com will see to it that the delivered products come up to the agreement and that they will come up to the
specifications mentioned in the shop.
- We will repair or replace the delivered products, if within 15 days after the delivery appears that the
products are damaged (after normal use) or are different from the ordered products. Products have a guarantee of a month if nothing else mentioned.
- The buyer must within a reasonable term after the confirmation of the defect, but at the latest within 30 days
after receipt of the product, make mention of the defect. The buyer has to return the product(s) directly after
the report.
- If you are returning the products, you have to pay for the postage costs upfront. An unstamped package will not be accepted. The articles have to be in the original package. Please enclose the following information:
Address, reason for returning the order and banc account number. The costs for returning the ordered articles will only be compensated in case after the delivery it appears that the products are damaged (after normal use) or are different from the ordered products.
Complains and controversies transaction
- Complains can be send to us by e-mail, telephone, fax or by a letter. We will contact you than within three days
after receiving the complaint and will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. You can reach us by telephone from Monday until Friday
from 10.00 until 18.00.
- On all agreements made with in Holland living customers the Dutch laws are applied. Badeendjes.com submits itself to the
jurisdiction of the judge in the residence of the buyer or the judge in the residence of badeendjes.com. This will be the choice of the
customer.
- Badeendjes.com will give every assistance to the consumers association to solve the problem.
Laws and regulations
- Badeendjes.com complies with the Dutch laws and legislation with special attention for the consumers
legislation.
Data processing and privacy
- All information send to badeendjes.com will be handled with great care.
- Badeendjes.com offers the buyer the possibility to stop the sending of information and advertising (electronic) at any
time. Just send us an email, fax or letter and we will remove you from our database.
Special Situations
- Badeendjes.com keeps the right to refuse customers who have tried in any way to disadvantage badeendjes.com.
- If an order is attached by customs, got damaged during transportation or got lost during transportation badeendjes.com
will always try to find the right solution in consultation with the transport company. Either with refunding the money or by sending the
ordered product again. Of course we try first to find out what went wrong and who is responsible.
