• If you choose for 1 colour there is a one time set up fee of 55 Euro. Furthermore you pay an amount per rubber duck. What the costs are per rubber duck you can find in the following table.

• Please send the logo in a EPS file and mention in the email or (in the field remarks) were you want the logo to be placed. Mention also in which colour you want the logo to be printed.
  
• If you want us to print a name or phrase, please mention in the field remarks, in which letter type and colour you want us to print it.
  
  

• The average delivery time is two weeks. The delivery time also depends on the time it takes before we receive a correct logo and the time it takes before we receive the approval for the digiproef. (The digiproef is a digital image of your personalised rubber duck). Furthermore the delivery time depends on if the required rubber duck is on stock. Despite our large stock of rubber ducks it is possible that one of the ducks is sold out.
• Therefore it is important that you mention on which date you need the rubber ducks at the latest. We will check if we can meet the required delivery date right away. Furthermore we will let you know if there are any conditions for a specific delivery date. A condition can be for example, that we need a the correct logo within one day.
  
  

• In principle we can print a logo on each rubber duck. Off course you can see a logo or phrase better on a rubber duck in one colour. For the standard rubber ducks, please check out the category OUR YELLOW FRIENDS. A popular duck for printing, is the rubber duck mini S 4,5 that we can deliver in 6 different colours.

• You can order the ducks with logo on our site. First you place the required quantity rubber ducks in your shopping basket. Next you click on the category LOGO ON DUCK. Make a choice between a logo in one colour or two colours and place it in your shopping basket. Don’t forget to fill in the number of rubber ducks that you want to be printed. Click again on BUY NOW. After that you go to the set up costs for 1 colour or two colours and place them also in your shopping basket. Click on AFREKENEN to complete the order.
• When you place the order you will also see the field REMARKS. This is the place where you can fill in the following information: where you want the logo, in which colour, in which letter type and what the required delivery date is.

• You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you received this email it also tells you that we received the order correctly.
• Next, we will check if we have received all the required information, like logo, colour, letter type, delivery date and the place where you want the logo to be printed. We will also check if the quality of the logo is sufficient, You will hear within one day if we can deliver the order on time, or we will inform you when we can give you that information.
• Before we start printing, you will receive a digiproef, this is a digital image of the personalised rubber duck. If there is anything you want to change, after receiving the digiproef, please let us know. We won’t start printing before we receive an approval of the digiproef by email. Off course we will deliver the rubber ducks as soon as possible, if we have received the payment.
