Delivery rates within the Netherlands

  • The delivery rate for the Netherlands if you pay upfront, with iDEAL or creditcard are 4,95 Euro. On orders over 40 Euro the delivery rate is 3,50 euro.

Delivery time within the Netherlands

  • When products are on stock, delivery will take place within 2 working days. In most cases, it is delivered on the next day. Orders have to be placed before 16.00 hour. We will send an email with tracking details, so you can track the shipment. span>
  • Extra delivery options are:
  • Evening delivery: Delivery on Tuesday till Friday evening, between 18.00 and 21.30 hour. (not on monday and the weekend) The cost are € 6,95 in total.
    Delivery is normally the next available eveing if the order is placed before 16.00 hour.
  • Next day delivery before noon: The garanty that your order will be delivered before noon the next available day Cost will be € 14.95. Attention: the order has to be placed before 16.00 hour to get it delivered the next day.

Exceptions are:

  • Payment by banktransfer:delivery after we received the payment. So pay with creditcard, iDeal, mister cash, Sofort banking etc etc for the fastest delivery.
  • If the order can not be delivered within 2 days, because a product is not in stock then we will inform you within two working days at the new expected delivery time. If this is a problem for the customer, the customer can cancel the purchase immediately. If the customer agrees, the new expected delivery will be. Any payments will be in case of dissolution as soon as possible, but refunded within 14 days after notification to the buyer.

Prices

  • Prices mentioned in de Badeendwinkel are inclusive 21% VAT. When you have a company outside the Netherlands, please fill in your company name and VAT number so the prices will be calculated without VAT.
  • All prices within de Badeendwinkel are in Euros.
  • Minimum order amount is 12 Euro.
  • Prices are for 1 item. Quantity pricebreaks are shown with each product, the more you buy the cheaper it gets. Quantity priceberaks are noy available for all products. If you need a large amount of ducks plaease contact us for a better price.

Payment methods for customers with a dutch bankaccount

  • With creditcard. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
  • Via iDEAL.
  • Banktransfer. Delivery will take place after payment.

Zone 1

Belgium and Germany

  • Delivery to Belgium is only 6,95 euro and Germany 13,90 euro (Incl VAT) The weight is not important so we don't care if you buy 1 duck or 1000.
  • Delivery time Belgium (after payment) 1/2 working days. Germay 2/4 working days.

Zone 2

Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxemburg, Austria en Sweden.

  • To 5 kilo is 15 euro.
  • From5 to 10 kilo is 17,50 euro.
  • From 10 to 50 kilo is 30 euro.
  • Delivery time (after payment) 2 to 5 working days

Zone 3

Finland, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Norway, Swiss en Bulgaria.

  • To 5 kilo is 20 euro.
  • From 5 to 10 kilo is 25 euro
  • FRom 10 to 50 kilo is 30 euro.
  • Delivery time (after payment) 3 to 5 working days

Zone 4

Australia, Brasil, Canada, China, Hongkong, Argentina, Aruba, Ecuador,Indonesia, Japan, Maldives, Morocco, New Zeeland, Qatar, Singapore.

  • To 5 kilo is 30 euro.
  • From 5 tot 10 kilo is 40 euro.
  • From 10 tot 50 kilo is 65 euro.
  • Delivery time (after payment) Australia, Brasil, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, New Zeeland 4 to 7 working days.
  • Levertijd (na ontvangst van betaling) China, South Africa, Argentina, Aruba, Ecuador, Indonesia, Maledives, Marocco, Qatar, Singapore 7 to 16 working days.

The Invoice

  • An invoice is sent with the order.

Warranty

  • De Badeendwinkel will see to it that the delivered products come up to the agreement and that they will come up to the specifications mentioned in the shop. If a customer thinks that there is somethimg wrong with the product he needs to let us know within a period of 30 days after the buy.
  • The products has to be send back within the mentioned deadline. The customer can choose if he wants a new product or return of the money.
  • If you are returning the products, you have to pay for the postage costs upfront. An unstamped package will not be accepted. The articles have to be in the original package. Please enclose the following information:
    Address, reason for returning the order and bank account number. The costs for returning the ordered articles will only be compensated in case after the delivery it appears that the products are damaged (after normal use) or are different from the ordered products.
  • We will repair or replace the delivered products, if within 15 days after the delivery appears that the products are damaged (after normal use) or are different from the ordered products. Products have a guarantee of a month if nothing else mentioned.
  • The buyer must within a reasonable term after the confirmation of the defect, but at the latest within 30 days after receipt of the product, make mention of the defect. The buyer has to return the product(s) directly after the report. The costs for returning the ordered articles will not be refunded.
  • Complains can be send to us by e-mail or telephone. We will contact you than within three days after receiving the complaint and will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. You can reach us by telephone from Monday until Friday from 10.00 until 18.00 0255 754807.

Exchange

  • Within 7 day''s product can be send back or be exchanged for an other product without reason. See Warranty.
  • The costs for returning the ordered articles will not be refunded as well as the payed delivery cost.

Complains

  • Complains can be send to us by e-mail, telephone, fax or by a letter. We will contact you than within three days after receiving the complaint and will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. You can reach us by telephone from Monday until Friday from 10.00 until 18.00.
  • On all agreements made with in Holland living customers the Dutch laws are applied. De Badeendwinkel submits itself to the jurisdiction of the judge in the residence of the buyer or the judge in the residence of badeendjes.com. This will be the choice of the customer.
  • De Badeendwinkel will give every assistance to the consumers association to solve the problem.

Laws and regulations

  • De Badeendwinkel complies with the Dutch laws and legislation with special attention for the consumers legislation.

Data processing and privacy

  • All information send to De Badeendwinkel will be handled with great care.
  • De Badeendwinkel offers the buyer the possibility to stop the sending of information and advertising (electronic) at any time. Just send us an email, fax or letter and we will remove you from our database.
  • If you want to change your information or just see it or remove it send us an email to info@badeendwinkel.nl.

Special situations

  • De Badeendwinkel keeps the right to refuse customers who have tried in any way to disadvantage DeBadeendwinkel.
  • If an order is attached by customs, got damaged during transportation or got lost during transportation De Badeendwinkel will always try to find the right solution in consultation with the transport company. Either with refunding the money or by sending the ordered product again. Of course we try first to find out what went wrong and who is responsible!
